Georgina Bimpong, a judge on the Hitz Discovery reality show is so far impressed with the 12 talents the auditioning sessions have scooped up and says she looks forward to a keen contest Saturday when the final auditioning comes off at the Groove Control Nite club in Tema.
The Hitz Discovery train will hit the club on its final stop to unearth the final three talents who will join the 12 to move on to the next phase of the reality show.
Georgina, speaking in an interview with Myjoyonline.com said the show is without doubt a unique platform to greater heights and she is convinced those who will make it will surely make a mark in the music industry.
She said Saturday’s auditioning will be the icing on the cake since Tema has been tagged as the current seat of hiplife and rap in Ghana.
“So far I think it’s been really good. We have seen a lot of great talent so I am hoping that tomorrow we are going to see some more great things. I am looking forward to see what Tema is going to bring to the table. I am sure we will not be disappointed,” Georgina said.
So far four zonal auditioning have yielded the 12 who are Duodu Joseph, Ernest Ankomah, Faisal Mutaru, Fiho Moses, Willis Adoboa, Owusu Frank, Emmanuel Asante, Hagar Adjei, David Addy, David Segah, John Afful and Augustine Oben Afrifa.
Zone Five which is the final zone of the auditions comprises of Tema, Ashaiman, Sakumono, Teshie, Nungua, La and environs.
The auditioning in Tema will be climaxed with a massive pool party at the club premises and is expected to host hundreds of revelers.
