Nigeria and Atalanta forward Ademola Look claimed the top prize at the 2024 CAF Awards which was held in Marrakech, Morocco, on Monday, December 16.
Lookman was named the CAF Men's Player of the Year after a sterling contribution for both club and country as Nigeria reached the final of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations while Atalanta also won the Europa League.
On the women's end, Barbra Banda scooped the biggest prize of the night, winning the Player of the Year award.
The 24-year-old's success comes less than a month after she was voted the BBC Women's Footballer of the Year.
