- Junior High School drop-outs or stark illiterates
- Unemployed
- Homeless
- Aged between 13 and 25
- Knowledge in wee smoking or cocaine sniffing is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in pick-pocketing and mobile phone snatching is required.
