BCM Group is pleased to announce the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with Al Wadi Al Gadid for Mineral Resources and Oil Shale (WADICO), marking a significant step toward the development and advancement of oil shale resources.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Yasser Ramadan, Chairman of the Egyptian Mineral Resources and Mining Industries Authority.

Under this new partnership, BCM Group will work closely with WADICO to support the exploration, development, and potential commercialization of oil shale concessions held by WADICO.
This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to innovation, sustainable resource development, and long-term economic growth.

The agreement paves the way for joint technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and the exchange of expertise to unlock the full energy potential of WADICO’s concession areas.
BCM Group will leverage its extensive mining experience and technical capabilities to complement WADICO’s strategic assets and operational vision.
This partnership highlights the mutual trust and aligned ambitions of both organizations, representing a proactive step toward responsible resource utilization and energy transformation in the region.
