The Burkina Faso Football Federation plans to sue FIFA over its decision to order a replay of the 2018 Soccer World Cup qualifier between Bafana Bafana and Senegal.
The federation released a statement saying that it is currently "analysing the follow-up to this decision" that could heavily impact its chances of qualifying for the World Cup to be hosted in Russia.
The decision to replay the match follows the confirmation of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to uphold the lifetime ban of match referee, Joseph Lamptey (pictured), for match manipulation, the ruling imposed by the FIFA Disciplinary and Appeal Committees.
The match will be replayed within the November 2017 international window, with the exact date still to be confirmed.
