Accra, Ghana – Coscharis Ghana Limited has expanded its automobile services with the launch of Maxmeyer Paint and a state-of-the-art spraying and baking booth, aimed at giving vehicles a superior factory-quality finish.
At the launch ceremony, Founder and CEO Cosmas Maduka explained the significance of the new business line to JoyNews: "We have moved to another level where we are adding value by setting up this new aspect of businesses called car refinishes, where we do not just have dealers who we supply machines and paints. We are representing the biggest car paint manufacturer in the world, here in Ghana, called PPG, with one of their brands called Max Meyer. So that's what we brought to offer the Ghanaian motorists, a product that will add value to you when we paint your car here, bring it to the same standard as it's coming out of the factory."
Managing Director Raphael Agbasionwe emphasised the focus on quality: "The objective is to target the customers that are after quality, the customers that are after the look of their cars. I want their cars to always look good, I want a good product, and that's why we are bringing in PPG to add to what we are doing. So we have done well, fairly well."
Head of Refinish Business, Obiora Nebenu, highlighted the advantages of the new spraying booth:
"The oven has a suction system where it sucks every particle, unwanted particle, either up or down. So it's a controlled environment that allows you to spray dust-free. You're able to regulate temperature, you're able to regulate the air pressure and a whole lot."
He added: "When you're spraying outside, you are at the mercy of the weather. The car only dries according to the temperature out there. But with the booth, if you have at least five or six cars, you could spray them in a day because you're able to raise the temperature of the oven to be able to have your car baked within a short period."
The launch reinforces Coscharis Ghana’s commitment to innovation in the automotive sector, combining advanced technology and premium solutions to enhance vehicle care and service for Ghanaian motorists.
