Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson put his enormous muscles to good use when he was forced to rip off his electric gate from a wall with his bare hands to avoid being late to film scenes for his debut superhero movie.
In an Instagram post, alongside a picture of the gate lying on the ground, the Hollywood star - a former professional wrestler - explained that a storm caused a power outage, meaning the gate at his home would not open.
He wrote: "Not my finest hour but a man's gotta go to work."
Fearing that "hundreds" of crew members working on DC Comics film "Black Adam", would be waiting for him after being told a technician would take 45 minutes to arrive, he literally took matters into his own hands.
"I pushed, pulled and ripped the gate completely off myself," he continued.Advertisement
"Ripped it completely out of the brick wall, severed the steel hydraulics and threw it on the grass.
