He congratulated the Board members and urged them to uphold the values of accountability, inclusivity, and excellence.
“I charge you to uphold transparency, inclusivity, and excellence in delivering on your mandate,” he added, emphasising the government’s commitment to community-centred development.
The new Board is chaired by Professor Albert Kwaku Akpalu, with Madam Helga J. M. Boadi serving as CEO of the Foundation.

Other members include Kwame Ntow Amoah, Naa Ayorkor Gyaama Coto-Brown, Professor Patience Aseweh Abor, Yaw Boateng Gyan, and Alhassan Umar.
Mr Jinapor wished them success in “deepening the impact of the GNPC Foundation in transforming lives and communities across Ghana.”
