The Vice President of the Ghana Football Association, Fred Pappoe has called on Ghanaians to support Black Stars new coach, Goran ‘Plavi’ Stevanovic.
Plavi was officially outdoored Wednesday at the GFA Secretariat in a press conference.
Speaking on Asempa FM’s ‘Fire for Fire’ on Wednesday, Fred Pappoe expressed belief that the appointment of Plavi settles the public debate about who should handle the Black Stars.
He stressed that people should stop arguing about who the Ghana Football Association should have appointed as a coach and rally behind the man with the job now since they believe he can the job.
Coach Stevanovic is expected to be back in the country in a fortnight to prepare the team for CAF qualifying matches and a couple of friendlies.
