Ghana's 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifying group is now complete after Lesotho secured the final spot in the four-team group.
The Black Stars' first game of the qualifying would be against Lesotho when the second round qualifiers kick off next year.
Lesotho advanced past Burundi after their tie ended 2-2 on aggregate with Lesotho's Bokang Mothoana scoring the tie-breaking away goal midway through the first half to see his side advance despite a 2-1 defeat.
The Southern African nation take their spot alongside Ghana, Zambia and Sudan in Group D.
Ghana would host the game against Lesotho on June 1, 2012 before flying away to Zambia to clash with the Chipolopolo seven days later and wrap up the first round of the group fixtures against Sudan.

In the qualifying process, 203 countries will be part of the 824 qualifiers for the right to claim one of 32 berths at the 2014 World Cup finals.
Brazil will host the competition from 12 June - 13 July 2014.
