Ghanaian youngster, Gabriel Quartey could be set for a deal with Daish Superliga side AaB after impressing while on trial.
In recent weeks, the Danish club had the Ghanaian trial with them with his performances leaving officials stunned.
The 17-year-old was, among other things, given playing minutes in a test match against Vendsyssel FF, and both here and in training, he has shown samples of his speed and dribbling power on the left wing.
According to reports from Nordjyske, AaB has chosen to close an agreement with the talented youngster which will take effect shortly into the new year. Quartey will turn 18 years old on January 14, 2025.
Quartey, who started his football journey at Division Two side Givova Sporting Academy in Ghana, now looks set to move to North Jutland to try to fulfil his big football dream.
Initially, the plan is that AaB will include Quartey in the club's U19 team, but it is also the intention that the Ghanaian will train with the Superliga squad on an ongoing basis.
