What if all your prayers and wishes were granted? And what if the wishes and prayers and those of everyone else are also answered? Will that be paradise or hell?
Well, a small struggling community is about to discover why wise people say, ‘be careful what you wish for’ in Uncle Ebo Whyte’s new play.
After a successful continuous showing of ‘Dora Why’, ‘I Want Your Wife’ and ‘Not My Husband’, Rooverman production brings to you its play of the fourth quarter and last play for the year, ‘God You’re Fired’.
With the top-notch production exhibited in the previous plays, it would be no surprise to see Uncle Ebo and his team display their best productions for patrons.
‘God You’re Fired’ shows us what happens in a world where wishes become horses and everyone is riding.
The play is showing on Saturday, November 30 and Sunday, December 1. It will show on Friday, December 6 (Farmers’ Day), Saturday, December 7 and Sunday, December 8.
There will be two shows each day, at 4 p.m and 8 p.m at the National Theatre. Patrons can also buy tickets by dialing *876*876# or call 0505546010/0505546030.
