GOAL PER GAME RATIO
15 goals were scored on matchday 15 to increase the goal tally in this year’s league to 45. Thus 45 goals have been scored in 23 matches representing 1.95 goals per game. The tally could however increase after the outstanding game between Ashantigold and Kotoko.

LEAGUE TOP SCORER
Samuel Tetteh scored the first hat-trick of the 2016 campaign. The WAFA attacker scored the three goals in a thirty minute salvo to help WAFA beat Hasaacas 5-0. Tetteh is now the leading scorer in the league with four goals after he scored on the opening day against Kotoko.

MOST GOALS SHIPPED IN
Hasaacas have however shipped in the most goals of the campaign so far. Yusif Basigi’s men have conceded 10 goals in three games. Hasmal let in 3 at Wa, 2 at home to Techiman and 5 at Techiman.

FIRST PENALTY MISS
Matchday 3 saw the first ever penalty miss after Stephen Manu missed his kick for Techiman City against Aduana. Wahab Ackwei of Inter Allies followed suit when his kick was also saved by Dreams keeper Mozart Adjetey in Tema.

FIRST DRAW AND MORE
After 15 matches without a draw, matchday 3 recorded a maximum of five draws. Thus, there have been 15 home wins, 3 away wins and 5 draws in 25 matches in the league.

TEAMS YET TO BE BREACHED
Hearts of Oak and Wa All Stars are the only teams yet to concede while beleaguered Aduana Stars are yet to score.

UNBEATEN TEAMS
Dreams, Hearts and Wa All Stars are yet to taste defeat while Aduana, Dwarfs, Kotoko and Medeama are yet to win a win a match.
