Johnnie Walker, the world’s leading Scotch whisky, has officially introduced Johnnie Walker Blonde in Ghana.
This new expression is smooth, light, and designed for a new generation of whisky drinkers who want something easy to enjoy without compromising on quality.
Johnnie Walker Blonde is made using a blend of wheat and sweet malt to create a lighter style of Scotch. It delivers flavours of soft vanilla, creamy toffee, and a hint of citrus, finishing smooth and refreshing. It’s whisky that’s easy to understand and even easier to enjoy.
“Johnnie Walker Blonde is whisky for today’s lifestyle,” said Yaa Amoah-Owusu, Marketing Manager for International Spirits and RTDs at Guinness Ghana.
“It’s versatile, relaxed, and fits perfectly with how our consumers live, whether it's brunch, rooftop gatherings, or a casual evening out", she added.

The brand hosted a trade event to give bartenders, distributors, and industry partners a first look at Johnnie Walker Blonde. Attendees sampled the drink, learned about the brand’s direction, and discussed how this new product fits into Ghana’s growing modern whisky scene.
“This is how we make Scotch relevant to the next generation,” said Michael Acheampong, Marketing Manager, Innovations at Guinness Ghana.
“It’s made to be enjoyed differently, no rules, just great flavour", he added.
