Entertainment Pundit, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo, has cleared the air on rumours that suggest that he doesn’t see eye to eye with dancehall artiste Shatta Wale.
Arnold set the records straight while speaking to George Quaye on Showbiz A-Z on Joy FM last Saturday. “I don’t have a problem with Shatta Wale”, he stated.
The need for clarification seems to have arisen on the back of Arnold’s unbiased and objective opinions on celebrity-related issues. Many hold the perception that his words do not favour Shatta Wale. However Arnold explains, “over the period we speak our minds. We write what we think is right, we write and speak based on facts”.
The experienced writer believes a section of public figures often assume a defensive stance when opinions in any form do not favour them. Arnold believes Shatta Wale finds himself in that category of celebrities. “He made some commentary… and I called that particular stance ‘inconsistent’ and ‘confused’, he explained. “If someone calls you inconsistent, it’s not an insult”, he defended himself.
Arnold Asamoah Baidoo is a famed entertainment pundit and writer, known for his fearless opinions and constructive criticisms in the Ghanaian entertainment space and beyond.
