Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari has travelled with his Italian club Inter for the Champions League clash with Dynamo Kiev on Wednesday despite carrying an ankle injury.Muntari picked up an injury in Inter's game against Livorno on Sunday, which the Nerazzurri won 2-0 to extend their lead at the top of Serie A.The decision to travel with him means he might have recovered but could aggravate the injury which could rule him out of Ghana's clash with Mali on 14 November."Muntari can't walk now," the Inter boss told Sky Italia after Sunday's league game.Despite the injury, Muntari travelled to the Ukrainian capital for the crunch tie as the sqaud has been ravaged by injuries. The Nerazzurri travel to Ukraine, having drawn their three previous matches in Group F.Muntari has been a really influential player for Italian champions Inter in the last few matches in Serie A.But he couldn't do much against Livorno on Sunday. He injured himself around the 21st minute mark and had to be substituted in the 28th minute by Esteban Cambiasso.Inter, though, didn't really need him as they defeated Livorno 2-0 to stretch their lead at the top of the league to seven points.Mourinho will be without a number of key players for Inter Milan's clash with Dynamo Kiev.Source: Ghanasoccernet.com
