Kim Kardashian has reportedly given birth to a baby girl. The reality star checked into a birthing suite at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Saturday morning, according to sources. Both mother and baby are said to be doing well after Kim apparently went into labour five weeks early as her due date was July 11. We have contacted a representative for Kim for comment.Kim and her rapper boyfriend Kanye West announced they were expecting their first baby in December. Kanye skipped a listening party for his new album Yeezus in Los Angeles on Friday night prompting speculation he may have rushed to be by Kim's side. Kim recently celebrated her pregnancy by holding a star-studded baby shower at her Calabasas home with the likes of Mel B and Kelly Osbourne in attendance. Fashionista confirmed she was having a baby girl during the season premiere of the latest series of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. She said: "I'm so excited we're having a girl. Like, who doesn't want a girl? They're the best. And I know that's what Kanye has always wanted. He wanted a little girl." Kim admitted she struggled during her pregnancy as she found it difficult to deal with the changes her body went through but eventually felt more comfortable with herself towards the end. She said: "It was really hard for me to accept that they body changes, and I was having a different kind of pregnancy than [sister] Kourtney did. "She made it look really easy, but ever since the baby started to kick I've really embraced it. Now I love being pregnant." Kim and boyfriend Kanye began dating in April 2012 but were friends for years before.
