The 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards Artiste of the Year, King Promise, has been spotted at the Ecobank-JoyNews Habitat Fair, drawing excitement from fairgoers as Ghana’s premier housing and property showcase wrapped up in Accra on Sunday, September 14.
The three-day fair, held under the theme “Dream it, Own it, Live it”, brought together thousands of prospective homeowners, investors, and industry professionals in what has been described as one of the most vibrant editions yet.

From Friday to Sunday, the Habitat Fair served as a one-stop shop for housing solutions, featuring over 50 exhibitors across the construction and real estate value chain.

Vendors showcased products ranging from modern roofing systems, tiling, and finishing materials to furniture, appliances, and eco-friendly technologies.

Financial institutions, led by headline sponsor Ecobank, also provided tailored mortgage packages and long-term repayment options to make home financing more accessible.

Attendees were offered exclusive fair-only deals, alongside one-on-one consultations with bank representatives and industry experts.

For many visitors, however, the highlight of the final day was seeing King Promise walk among them not on stage with a microphone, but as a young Ghanaian equally interested in the dream of homeownership.
