Ghana and Udinese Midfielder Kwodwo Asamoah has been adjudged as the most promising player of the year 2010.
Asamoah, 21, beat Ryad Boudebouz (Sochaux and Algeria) and Moussa Maazou (Bordeaux and Niger) to the award.
The young midfielder, was integral in the Black Stars after his influential role in the qualifying series for Orange CAN 2010.
At the Angola tournament, the midfielder won the hearts of many with his sublime skills and tactical ability and followed it up at the World Cup.
He is also a regular for Italian Serie A side Udinese.
