The 32-year-old Rosemond Nyampong, who until her brutal muder a few days ago was a worker of Stanbic Bank Ghana, has been buried.
The lady who was murdered at her residence at Baatsona in Accra was buried at the Osu Cemetery before 12 pm Saturday December 14, after a memorial service at the KICC Dominion Chapel at Spintex, Accra.
A 25-year old suspect, Abraham Baah Oyortey, has been arrested and has been remanded in police custody in connection with the case.
Police investigators say they found a vehicle, and other household items belonging to the deceased in the suspects house..
The suspect, who is an auto-electrician, has confessed to committing the crime adding that he was hired to kill the bank worker.
However, Police say they are committed to getting to the bottom of the matter.
