The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced a new initiative aimed at assisting national service personnel and prospective graduates facing challenges related to name discrepancies or gazette requirements in their documentation.
In press statement released on Friday, October 11, the Authority, in collaboration with the Ghana Publishing Company Limited, a specialised gazette desk will be established at the NSA Head Office in Accra to provide direct support for affected individuals.
The service will commence at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 13th October 2025, with officials from the Ghana Publishing Company present on-site to deliver emergency gazette services.
This support, the NSA noted is intended exclusively for graduates encountering gazette-related issues during their National Service enrolment or documentation process.

According to the Authority, the intervention is designed to streamline the process for affected graduates, removing the need for travel to other offices or agencies to resolve such matters.
“This initiative is to ease the process for affected graduates and ensure these issues are resolved promptly,” the NSA said in the statement.
“We encourage all concerned individuals to take advantage of this opportunity to regularise their documentation and avoid unnecessary delays in their National Service registration and deployment.”
The Authority further reaffirmed its commitment to improving service delivery, enhancing convenience, and ensuring a seamless experience for all national service personnel and stakeholders.
