The 2025 edition of the Republic Bank Luv FM Habitat Fair came to a close on Sunday at the Kumasi City Mall, concluding the four days of intriguing exhibitions, building industry expert engagements, and exclusive home deals that left participants satisfied.

Themed “Inclusive, Affordable, and Sustainable housing for all”, the 6th edition of the fair once again lived up to its reputation of being Ashanti's premier housing and lifestyle fair.

The 4-day event attracted a horde of patrons to the Kumasi city mall to enjoy up to 20% discounts on all their home accessories.

The fair was a one-stop shop for all housing needs —roofing, plumbing, tiles, paints, lighting, sanitation, furniture, décor, mortgages, home financing, security systems, energy systems, building advice, and related services, affording patrons an exciting and comprehensive experience under one roof.

The atmosphere was filled with excitement as exhibitors interacted directly with customers, offering on-the-spot discounts, demonstrations, and expert advice.
Title sponsor, Republic Bank, offered expert mortgage financing with exciting packages, providing patrons with flexible terms designed to make home ownership more accessible.
