Police in the Central region have arrested three more persons in connection with the suspected ritual murder of three women at Kissi and Besease in the Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abirem Municipality.
This comes to nine the number of suspects arrested over the incident.
The three murders occurred last weekend in a spate of twenty-four hours with body parts of the murdered women taken away.
The incidents led to members of the Municipality, especially women abandoning their farms for fear of suffering the same fate.
The residents called on the police to provide security.
The regional Police command has confirmed to Joy News the three suspects were arrested yesterday.
