Timbaland's wife Monique Mosley has filed for divorce after five years of marriage and is requesting child support for two children, including one that he didn't father.
The music producer - who is a regular collaborator of Justin Timberlake - has been served divorce papers by his wife of five years Monique Mosley, and his estranged spouse is seeking child support for their five-year-old daughter, as well as her 10-year-old child that he didn't father.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Monique claims the 'The Way I Are' hitmaker has ''publicly and privately proclaimed this child as his own''.
The star's spouse is also petitioning the court to grant her alimony, life insurance, private school and summer camp for her two children, vacations and other expenses.
Monique claims she is so cash-strapped she had to borrow money from a friend to pay her lawyer's fees when filing for divorce and requests that Timbaland - real name Timothy Mosley - keep supporting her financially while their divorce is pending.
Following the divorce, the 41-year-old star's spouse further seeks a lump sum payment, ''rehabilitative alimony'' and permanent alimony from her husband, who is reportedly worth $80 million.
Timbaland is responsible for producing some of the biggest pop hits of the last decade, includingJustin Timberlake's 'Cry Me A River' and 'SexyBack', and 'Promiscuous' for Nelly Furtado.
The star wed Monique in 2008 after she gave birth to their first child, Reign, in November 2007.
