Since its inception in 1995, the Multimedia Group Limited has come a long way in delivering top-quality content to its listeners, readers, and viewers.
Over the past three decades, the Group has solidified its place as a leader in Ghana’s media industry, setting standards for others to follow.

On Friday, January 31, the Victory Bible Church in Kokomlemle, Accra, was filled with joy and gratitude as the Multimedia Group held its annual Thanksgiving Service to commemorate this milestone.

Indeed, the Multimedia Group has much to be grateful for. As a trailblazer in the media industry for 30 years, the company has shaped Ghana’s media landscape, establishing itself as a benchmark for excellence.

Despite the ups and downs, the Group has remained steadfast, reaching remarkable heights in the media space. In recognition of God’s goodness and faithfulness, management, staff, and stakeholders gathered to give thanks for the company's journey and achievements.

The event was used to usher in the new year and seek God’s blessings and guidance for the company’s continued growth and transformation.
Dressed in either all-white attire or the company’s corporate fabric, the staff praised God and danced to songs led by the Multimedia Choir and guest gospel artistes.

With Perez Muzik and the Group’s choir leading the worship, employees lifted their voices in unison and danced in celebration, glorifying God for 30 years of success.

Speaking at the gathering, the Chief Executive Officer Kwasi Twum expressed gratitude for the company’s journey, emphasising that God’s grace has brought the group this far.

"The Multimedia Group is a beneficiary of God’s unfailing love. We have gathered here today because Christ is at work in this company," he said.
Reflecting on the Group’s progress, he added: “Multimedia, see how far the Lord has brought us. We are a living testimony.”

Mr Twum further stated that since the company's inception in 1995, its success has been sustained by God’s goodness.
"30 years of unspeakable joy, 30 years of putting HITZ songs in our mouths, 30 years of impacting lives, 30 years of exceptional media," he declared.

Bishop Yaw Owusu Ansah, the Accra West Regional Overseer of Resurrection Power and Living Bread Ministries International, who was part of the company’s inception, took the opportunity to thank God for Multimedia’s journey.

He emphasised the importance of the Multimedia Group in Ghana’s corporate world, stating there are some institutions they cannot do without, and the Multimedia Group is one of them.
He noted that many companies rely on the Group’s services because of the blessings of God upon it.

Bishop Owusu Ansah also stated that the company’s success is rooted in its strong Christian foundation, stating that Multimedia was built on Christ and the company has succeeded because Christ is at work.

He credited CEO Kwasi Twum’s divine encounter with God as the reason behind Multimedia’s success and progress.
"The success and progress of Multimedia has been the encounter with God that Mr Kwasi Twum had and that is the reason why we are where we are,," he added.

To conclude the event, Rev. Gabriel Ansah, Chancellor of Nasem University, led the congregation in a closing prayer and benediction, sealing the celebration with blessings for the future of the Multimedia Group.
As the Multimedia Group celebrates 30 years of excellence, it stands as a testament to hard work, dedication, and divine favour. Looking ahead, the company remains committed to delivering exceptional media content and shaping the future of Ghana’s media landscape.
