Seven Premier League Clubs and two Soccer Academies have been asked to appear before the ADHOC Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) mandated to investigate the complaints about the registration of some of players by some of the Clubs.
Mr Emmanuel Gyimah, Deputy General Secretary of the GFA in a release copied the GNA Sports said the meeting will come off at the Secretariat of the Association on Tuesday, December 4 at 10.00 am.
He advised all the affected clubs to endeavour to attend the meeting on time to enable the Committee expeditiously deal with the cases.
The complaining clubs are Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Kumasi King Faisal, Sekondi Hasaacas, Kpando Heart of Lions and Biriwa Soccer Academy whilst the respondents are Kessben FC, Tema Youth, Real Tamale United, (RTU), and C.K. Gyamfi Academy.
It would be recalled that the Professional League Board last week directed that a number of players whose registration have been challenged by some clubs cannot feature in the First week matches of the Onetouch premier league until their cases were determined.
The players Michael Arhin who registered for Tema Youth being challenged by Biriwa Academy, Ahmed Toure, Shilla Alhassan and George Yamoah signed for Kessben FC, RTU and Heart of Lions all being challenged by Asante Kotoko, Ebenezer Tetteh signed for Hearts of Oak with protest from Heart of Lions.
King Faisal protests against the registration of Akwasi Bobie Ansah and Iddrisu Yaya to Kessben FC with Hasaacas FC protesting against registration of Samuel Inkoom to Asante Kotoko and Aduana Stars protesting against the registration of Benjamin Dodzie by King Faisal FC.
