Various people in Bolgatanga Municipality have continued to celebrate the 2-1 victory of Ghana's Black Stars over the Super Eagles of Nigeria at the African Cup of Nations that qualified Ghana for the semi-finals.
Many traders abandoned their shops as they left their wares on Monday and took to the streets while others stayed in their homes to celebrate the sweet victory.
Speaking to GNA Sports, many of the traders said they could not hide their joy after the Stars convincingly beat the Super Eagles.
Many people also expressed dissatisfaction about the way and manner the referee handled the match, saying he was openly biased against the Black Stars.
They commended the Stars and their handlers for their good performance.
Many of the people appealed to individuals and businesses to help to support the Black Stars so as to motivate them to perform well and win the ultimate Cup.
