The former Chief Executive Officer of Accra Hearts of Oak and currently the Chairman of the Recruitment Committee claims the club owes him around the region of Hundred Thousand United State dollars since 2002.
The 'Champion Chairman' as he is called in the Phobia fraternity added, the money was given without interest.
He spoke to Asempa Sports host, Chris Opoku, via telephone.
Commenting on the recruitment drive of the club, Harry stated that he has been heavy under the weather lately.
This has prevented him from attending board meetings. He said "It is the duty of the CEO, Mr. Sowah Odotei to come out and tell the supporters the state of the club.
Because it is his responsibility to honour his promise of five new players, since nothing of such is in sight.
Harry dismissed the claim that he has dolled out GH 200,000 cedi to recruit players to strengthen Hearts of Oaks squad.
He placed the onus of funding at the shoulders of the CEO. Also, he said the club owe him since 2002 but has not been paid, adding how can I stick out my neck to guarantee another money.
However, he debunked the wild allegation linking him to an Ash gold fc switch. He emphatically stated in no uncertain terms," I am still a dye-in-the-wool Accra Hearts of Oak".
