Ghana U-20 coach Sellas Tetteh has given his Cameroonian counterpart Alain Webo a taste of his own medicine after the Black Satellites brushed aside the Young Lions to win the Africa Youth Championship.
Webo launched a stinging rant at ahead of Sunday's final insisting he would demolish the Black Satellites to lift the trophy.
But the Ghanaian youngsters silenced the loud-mouthed Webo with their convincing 2-0 win to lift the trophy and Tetteh had some wise words for the Cameroon boss.
"I ask coach Webo to stop shouting and threatening his opponents before any match," Tetteh said at the post-match press conference attended by both coaches.
"My young brother here threatened to demolish Ghana and make us have nowhere to hide.
"I want to advise him to talk carefully in future."
The humiliated Cameroonian coach was contrite after the game as the goals from Ransford Osei forced him into a screeching U-turn.
"I had warned Ghana, but today my team confronted a very organised Ghana team," Webo said.
"I congratulate them for the victory. In football it is normal to win or lose."
"Today we have lost and I must admit my boys did not play as per our plan."
Ghana and Cameroon will play at the World Youth Championship to be held in Egypt in September.
