Ghanaian duo of Asamoah Gyan and John Boye scored for French side Rennes as they beat PS Germain 3-1 on Tuesday night.
The two players were in action as the reserves of both side prepared for weekend first team action.
Striker Gyan opened the scoring for his side before his team-mate Julian Esteban doubled the lead just before the break.
Defender Boye, who has mainly been consigned to the second team of the French club, sealed the win with a strike from the edge of the box.
The victory is said to be a massive boost for Rennes as a win over the star-studded PSG side is much coveted.
Gyan will make a return to the national team of Ghana when they play Benin later this month.
