Accra Hearts of Oak coach Kosta Papic says suggestions that he has been approached to work as Milovan Rajevac's assistant are wide off the mark.Media reports over the past weekend suggested the Serbian has held talks with unnamed GFA officials about an offer to assist his country man in Ghana's bid to reach the 2010 World Cup but Papic says he has not spoken to anyone at the GFA neither has he been offered that opportunity.
Papic who has worked in Ghana for barely a year, will according to reports be required to monitor local players and recommend them to Milovan Rajevac who lives and works in the same country but the Hearts man says it is all rumours.
"Absolutely no discussions have taken place," he told KickOffghana.com. "No one from the federation has spoken to me. It is all rumours and nothing else."
Papic's Hearts have risen to the top of the Ghana Premier League after thirteen matches.Source: Kickoff
