Former Asante Kotoko defender Adamu Mohammed has joined Premier League side Eleven Wise on a two year deal for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old is eager to re-launch his career after unsuccessful stints abroad.
Mohammed was signed by Kotoko in 2006 from Real Sportive and moved to Turkish side Genclerbirigi.
He is had stints with other Turkish clubs like Hacettpespor and enjoyed his last playing days on loan at Albanian side KS Vllaznia Shkoder.
Mohammed is expected to bring to the Wise backline when the second round of the league resumes next month.
Wise coach CK Akunnor is excited with the capture of the strong centre-back.
"We are glad we have landed Adamu and we look forward to him bringing his expertise to bear in the league soon" he told Ghanasoccernet.com
"We here at Wise are excited about his decision to join the club and he will not regret being part of such a wonderful family."
The promoted Sekondi-based ended the first half of the league on sixth-place.
