Hearts of Oak mercurial striker Charles Taylor has been linked with a lucrative move abroad next season.
The 27-year-old is been tracked by English Premier League side Portsmouth and Hapoel Tel Aviv of Israel .
Taylor impressed at last month's CHAN tournament in Cote D’Ivoire after shrugging off a a career threatening injury.
Scouts of the European sides were impressed with the player's performance at the tournament specifically made for locally-based players.
Ghanasoccernet sources say Hearts are monitoring the situation before a final word will be passed on the player's move.
Taylor was influencial in Hearts of Oak's top place finish for the first half of the season.
