A highly placed source told GNA Sports that Mr Agrah who has been an Instructor for the Confederation of African Football (CAF) after his tenure at the GFA ended seven years ago, would soon be out-doored as the new boss of the NSC.
He will replace Prince Ernest Oduro-Mensah, who was implicated by the recommendations of the Marshall Belieb Committee that investigated the February 8 incident during a Premier League match involving Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi.
The source said the appointment of Mr Agrah stems from his vast experience in the administration of football and sports in general.
