Supporting sponsor and exhibitor of this year's Joy News Ecobank Habitat Fair, Duraplast, says it is ready for the fair as it will be exhibiting latest and innovative products.
The company is using the latest technology to manufacture new water tanks and pipes that are covid-19 responsive and meet the exact international standards.
Durapalst has for many years been the main supplier of high-quality, unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) and HDPE pipes, and fittings for Ghana's water and electrical engineering markets.
The company started operations in November 1969 with the production of uPVC pipes of various sizes. However, over the years, it has progressed to become a leader in the pipe industry in West Africa and parts of Central Africa by introducing several other innovative products.
All our pipes are rigorously tested in our laboratory and certified by the Ghana standards Board and meet rigid British and Metric Standards, Head of Sales, Emmanuel Allotey disclosed.
“Duraplast puts a lot of emphasis on manpower training as a means of finding quick solutions to our clients' problems. Thus, our team of expert engineers and technical advisors is always available to offer technical advice to our clients on the correct use of Durapalst uPVC and HDPE pipes and fittings”, he emphasized.

“Our state-of-art factory and highly qualified workforce have been traditionally ensuring that quality uPVC and HDPE pipes are always available to satisfy our clients' demand. With our high technology extrusion equipment, Duraplast produces pipes for a wide range of applications in irrigation, bore-hole drilling, electrical power distribution and telecommunications industries”, he further said
Durapalst produces world-class quality products, playing a significant role in Ghana and the ECOWAS region's industrial and economic development.
This is reflected by its large clientele base both in and outside Ghana.
