This is the eleventh and eight edition of the tournament for the Men and Women respectively.
According to the President of the Ghana Hockey Association, Ben KD Asante, the donation will help the country moving forward.
"I think with a donation like this, it goes a long way to really help the youth and certainly our national teams fare better in any tournament and also for the training that get through", he said.
"We hope that this will trigger both the public and private corporate sponsorship for the game of Hockey and indeed other sporting disciplines. So we are really grateful to GIPC and Binatone for making this presentation. It's going to go a long way to enhance our preparation towards Africa 2023", he concluded"
