Ride-hailing app, Bolt has introduced the Call-A-Bolt Service to enable riders without a smartphone to order a ride.
With ‘Call-A-Bolt’, riders can now order at any point in time from the comfort of whichever phone they own.
Smartphones have changed lives over the years. With a tap, people can reach connections across the world, get access to information, make payments, perform bank transactions, deliver goods and services on the go and move from one place to the other.
Ride-hailing apps like Bolt are one of the most valuable services Ghanaians have access to on their phones.
The app helps them to move from one point to another effortlessly while offering convenient payment options such as cash, card or mobile money.
Despite the many advantages of smartphones, sometimes challenges arise. Imagine having a low battery, no internet connectivity, or losing your smartphone.
Irrespective of a user’s phone, a rider can dial the toll-free number 0800 400 400 and get connected to a Bolt Support Agent to book a ride within five minutes and send an SMS alert with details of the upcoming trip to the rider.
Whether an old relative with a limited understanding of mobile apps or one who cannot access the Bolt app, this simple call is guaranteed to find riders a car to their destinations safely and conveniently.
