Asante Kotoko striker Alex Asamoah is reported to target for Egyptian giants Al Ahly after impressing on his first season for the Ghanaian league champions.
The 23-year-old has hit a rich scoring form for the Porcupine Warriors and has emerged as the club's leading scorer.
The former AshantiGold striker is the leading contender for this year’s top scorer award after scoring 14 goals with four matches to end the season.
Al Ahly are reported to be losing out on striker Flavio Amando who has been linked with a host of clubs.
Reports claim the Egyptian giants will make a 'shock' bid for Asamoah if Flavio decides to leave them.
