Kumawood actress, Nana Yaa Appiah, was deeply emotional and shedding tears at the funeral of her daughter, Stephanie Appiah.
Stephanie, a 17-year-old student at Kwabenya Senior High School, tragically passed away.
During an interview with One Ghana TV on YouTube, Nana Yaa bravely shared the heart-wrenching details of her daughter's illness and the unfortunate circumstances surrounding her untimely demise.
Nana Yaa disclosed that Stephanie had been unwell but chose to keep her condition private, fearing it would hinder her chances of participating in school elections.
Eventually, Stephanie's health took a turn for the worse, prompting Nana Yaa to bring her to the hospital.
"The doctor told me to procure blood for her because she was in critical condition. When I returned to the hospital, I realized she was already dead. I saw her body lying lifeless," she said.
There, she received a diagnosis of Malaria Plus and other infections, adding to the family's sorrow.
