Hundreds of residents in the Jomoro constituency of the Western Region trooped to the annual health walk which is organised by the West FM in Elubo in collaboration with Charger Limited, manufacturers of Black Legend Coffee Gin.
The walk is an annual event which seeks to bring together residents, promote good healthy living and unity among the residents. It also forms part of the socialisation of the people.
Friday’s event is the 10th edition of the walk brought together hundreds of residents, including a Kumawood Actor, Akwasi Boadi, aka Akrobeto.

The walk started from the forecourt of the West FM and ended at Elubo Town Park.
The Member of Parliament for Jomoro Constituency, Dorcas Affo-Toffey did not want to miss the opportunity to join her constituents for such a memorable occasion in the early hours of Friday.

There were aerobics and talks at the end of the walk to sensitise the residents on the need to keep themselves healthy and the need to socialised.

The MP, Dorcas Affo-Toffey told the crowd that alcohol is meant for those who are above 18-years and even then, such people should drink responsibly to avert any social vices.
She said advised the youth on the need to keep themselves healthy since health is wealth.
