Emilio Nsue scored three goals as Equatorial Guinea defeated Guinea-Bissau to get closer to the knockout stages of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
Nsue scored in the first half and added two more after the break to complete the first Afcon hattrick since 2008.
Esteban Orozco's own goal tied the game at halftime, but Josete Miranda regained Equatorial Guinea's lead early in the second half.
Guinea-Bissau's Ze Turbo scored a consolation goal in stoppage time.
The result moves Equatorial Guinea to the top of Group A with four points, ahead of hosts Ivory Coast and puts Juan Micha's team on the verge of a last-16 spot after their 1-1 draw with Nigeria on Sunday.
It was a memorable day for Nsue who took advantage of sloppy defending to score his first Afcon hat-trick since Morocco's Soufiane Alloudi against Namibia in the group stage 16 years ago.
Equatorial Guinea will face Ivory Coast in their last group game while Guinea-Bissau play Nigeria.
