The Police say they have identified and declared seven individuals wanted in connection with the violent attack and destruction of NPP properties at the Ayawaso West Wuogon office (NPP) on Sunday, July 7.
The chaos that erupted at the NPP office has left the community in shock and the authorities scrambling to restore order.
The suspects, now on the run, have been named by the police as follows:
- Alhaji Issah Kamara
- Theophilus Kodzo Bedzra
- Abdulai Victoria Naematu Nadolie
- Hope Adzrah
- Francis Agbessi Funu
- Thomas Hemello
- Christian Biakuse
"Efforts are being intensified to apprehend these individuals. The police are tirelessly working around the clock to ensure they are brought to justice.
"Their swift capture is crucial in restoring a sense of security and order to the affected community," the police disclosed.
Amid this investigation, one suspect, Judith Trisy, was apprehended earlier and is currently in police custody, assisting with the investigation.
According to the police, her cooperation is expected to provide valuable insights into the incident and the whereabouts of the other suspects.
As the investigation continues, the public is urged to remain vigilant and report any information that may lead to the arrest of the wanted individuals.
The police have assured the community that justice will be served and peace will be restored.
