“I am very excited for such a wonderful recognition at this highest level. The cultural differences made it a non-starter 18 years ago when “gestational surrogacy” was unheard of and was introduced in this part of the world by Upscale. Upscale helped make it happen and put smiles on many families.
Upscale Pro Angels Fertility is positioning itself as a leader in the industry with credibility and reputation in the market.
Growing up in a family that valued hard work and determination, Roni Yeboah developed a strong foundation for her future endeavours. She attended Kumasi Academy High School, where she excelled academically and displayed leadership qualities that would later define her career.

Roni's educational journey took her to the United States, where she attended Pace University in Pleasantville, New York. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies, and minored in Journalism, setting the stage for a diverse and impactful professional career.
Roni's professional career began in the bustling city of New York, where she worked for Ghana Airways as the Office Administrator in New York City.
Her career took a significant leap when she joined one of the prestigious law firms in New York, Debevoise & Plimpton.
Here, Roni assisted in managing over 59 lawyers in a landmark case involving an asbestos-related class action lawsuit. Her exceptional ability to coordinate the administration of complex legal proceedings and manage large teams earned her recognition and respect within the firm.
In the year 2000, Roni made the bold decision to return to Ghana to explore new ventures, including the Real Estate Industry.
This move marked a turning point in her career as she identified a critical need for support and assistance in the area of infertility and assisted reproduction. Recognizing the challenges faced by many women, Roni dedicated herself to pioneering assisted motherhood and surrogacy in Ghana.
In 2005, Roni founded Upscale Fertility, a pioneering organization dedicated to providing comprehensive services in assisted motherhood and surrogacy.
Upscale quickly became a beacon of hope for countless families struggling with infertility.
