The Director for Associates for Change and the Olinga Foundation for Human Development, Dr Leslie Casely-Hayford has been crowned Ghana's ‘Most Outstanding Female in Corporate Social Responsibility’ (CSR) at the just-ended 10th Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards 2024 held at the Accra Marriot hotel.
The award signifies her stunning leadership qualities and exceptional dedication to providing quality education research and social development services. She is a highly respected personality advocating for best business practices in the sector.
The Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards organised by The Business Executive Magazine Limited seeks to publicly recognize women in Ghana who have chalked accomplishments in various fields of endeavours in both the public and private sectors.
The recognition automatically makes her a “SHE ACHIEVER” in the female network platform in Ghana.
The initiative is an executive association which embodies top female CEOs and past Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards winners and creates a platform for members to network, share knowledge and offer support to each other.

The Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards organised by The Business Executive Magazine Limited seeks to publicly recognize women in Ghana who have achieved outstanding accomplishments in various forms of endeavour across both the public and private sectors, such as entrepreneurs, professionals, corporate executives, public institutional managers, diplomats, sportswomen, traditional rulers, and others.
Speaking to the media after receiving the award, Dr Leslie Casely-Hayford expressed her profound gratitude to God for all His guidance, her staff at both Associates for Change and the Olinga Foundation for Human Development, as well as her family and the Baha'i Community of Ghana for their unwavering support.
According to her, the award reflects her commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality social development and set a benchmark for other organisations to follow.
"I really appreciate this recognition. I will continue to work hard to support our communities, children, institutions and marginalised populations in the best possible ways to achieve higher degrees of social development and prosperity", she said.

They work in over 200 schools in 8 districts in three regions (Western, Eastern and Greater Accra) across the country delivering teacher training and book supplies to schools and reading clubs.
