Ecobank Ghana as part of the company’s resolve to instill the habit of savings has rewarded customers under the second draw of its Ecobank Million Geng Promo.
At the second draw of the promotion, Head of Consumer Products at Ecobank Ghana, William Danso Abeam, said the promotion is to reward consumers and help them navigate the difficult economic times.
The second draw of the Ecobank Million Geng promo sought to reward over 1,500 customers. About 60 customers won cash prizes ranging from ₵2,000 to ₵10,000 while others won gift vouchers, fuel coupons and other prizes.
In an interview, Head of Consumer Products at Ecobank Ghana, William Danso Abeam entreated individuals to cultivate the habit of savings and participate in order to stand the chance of winning.

“This year, we decided to encourage customers to save because we are in the season where it is important to do that so as a way of incentivizing customers, we decide to do this promotion”, he said.
Explaining the qualification process for customers to win the draw, Mr Danso Abeam indicated that customers are required to deposit ¢500 and multiples of it and maintain the amount in their accounts for a minimum of seven days.
To ensure fairness and transparency, the National Lottery Authority, acting as the referee, validated the data from Ecobank to ascertain that the list was a true reflection of the bank’s customers.
The Ecobank Million Geng promo, which will end in July is seeking to reward over 7,000 customers in total.
