This Saturday's edition of JoyNews' Newsfile delved into the week's most pressing issues.
The analysis programme will focus on the Supreme Court's decision to nullify the results of the re-collation of votes in Tema Central, Ablekuma North, Techiman South, and Okaikwei Central constituencies during the 2024 parliamentary elections.
The apex court clarified that its ruling does not affect the results for Ahafo Ano North and Nsawam Adoagyiri constituencies.

According to the court, the trial judge had violated the NDC parliamentary candidates' right to a fair hearing when their case was brought before the High Court.
This decision directly counters the controversial re-collation conducted by the Electoral Commission, along with the subsequent declarations made for the constituencies as mentioned above.
Furthermore, while the Supreme Court quashed the re-collation results, it noted that the application for a mandamus order remains active and must be heard by the High Court on Tuesday, 31 December.
However, per the ruling, the mandamus application must be considered by a different judge.
The programme will also include discussions on the proposed amendments to Ghana's 1992 Constitution, following the submission of the proposed changes to President Akufo-Addo.
Guests on the show include Clara Kowlaga Beeri Kasser-Tee, Vice Chair of CDD-Ghana; Oliver Barker-Vormawor, a legal practitioner; Inusah Fuseini, former Tamale Central MP; Osei Kyei-Mensa-Bonsu, former Majority Leader; and Ayikoi Otoo, a former Attorney-General and Minister for Justice.
