Kumawood actor and musician Lil Win experienced a tense moment during a promotional tour at Kumasi’s Kejetia Market in the Ashanti region when an unidentified fan attempted to snatch money from his hand.
The incident happened while Lil Win was engaging fans as part of his street campaign to promote his latest movie, centred on Burkina Faso’s president, Captain Ibrahim Traore.
Standing atop his branded vehicle, the actor was seen spraying money into the crowd, drawing the attention of hundreds of marketgoers.
In the midst of the excitement, a man from the crowd climbed onto the vehicle and tried to forcibly take the money directly from Lil Win’s hand.
Lil Win quickly kicked the man off the vehicle before his security stepped in to manage the situation.
Videos circulating on social media captured the moment the actor shouted at the intruder, visibly upset by the aggressive act.
His security team swiftly diffused the tension and escorted the man away, allowing LilWin to resume his interaction with fans.
