Up and coming highlife artiste Kofi Stainlex has signed to Boadi Management Services Limited, a move that marks a major milestone in his music career.
The unveiling ceremony took place on October 3, 2025, at the Revolve Plus office at Mile 7, Achimota Estate.
Stainlex introduced his new single Kwaadonto, a highlife tune that explores themes of heartbreak and resilience. He described the song as a blend of contemporary sounds and traditional highlife elements.
The management shared how they discovered the young artiste. Kwame Emmanuel, a representative of Boadi Management, recounted that Stainlex was working as a commercial driver with a ride-hailing app when his talent was accidentally discovered.
“We had ordered a ride to East Legon when one of our team members heard his music playing in the car. The rest, as they say, is history,” the management recounted.
Although the label did not disclose the details of the contract, including its duration, they expressed strong confidence in the partnership.
“Everything that we promised from day one, we’ve adhered to. It’s a sign of good faith, and we’re committed to it for years, known to us. I believe he’s happy about the terms, and God giving us life, I’m sure it will be a very lasting relationship,” a management spokesperson stated.
Kofi Stainlex also shared his excitement his new journey and the inspiration behind the song.
“This is the beginning of something great. My sound is a fusion of contemporary and traditional highlife, and with the support of the team, I believe Kwaadonto and everything that follows will connect deeply with fans,” he said.
Stainlex has already begun earning attention for his distinctive highlife sound, with Kwaadonto adding to his growing collection of songs that showcase his storytelling and vocal prowess. His earlier works include Medaase, Anigye Nkoaa, and Odo Nwom, which highlight his ability to merge Ghana’s classic highlife rhythms with modern flair.
