Senegal beat Ghana 2-1 in an international friendly on Saturday night.
Moussa Konate'c exquisite composure on 66 minutes saw him control the ball with his chest before volleying past Razak Braimah in the Stars' goal.
His enterprising play was rewarded as the sub's second goal on 76 minutes finished the Afcon runners up, following a cross from Sadio Mane.
Richmond Boakye-Yiadom got a consolation for Ghana, but that's all it was, as it came on 84 minutes.
A sour point was that Jonathan Mensah was subbed off with an injury. A definite report is not out yet on the full extent of damage, if any.
This is Senegal's second straight win against Ghana after beating them 2-1 at the recent Afcon in Equatorial Guinea. Ghana will take on Mali on Tuesday.
According to the GFA, "the friendlies against the two West African sides were arranged to help Ghana coach Avram Grant to invigorate and augment his squad for the upcoming 2017 AFCON qualifiers and other assignments.
"The matches are also to afford the technical team an opportunity to closely observe some players who are excelling for their clubs."
A key absentee is captain Asamoah Gyan who has excused from duty as he continues to build his fitness.
Ghana started:
Razak Braimah, Harrison Afful, John Boye, Jonathan Mensah, Frank Acheampong, Afriyie Acquah, Christian Atsu, Mubarak Wakaso, Jordan Ayew, Kwesi Appiah, Andre Ayew.
