Ghana defender Jonathan Mensah suffered an injury scare on Saturday night in the international friendly match against Senegal.
The Evian man was enjoying an easy night until he collided with team mate Acheampong ,leading to an injury.
He struggled to walk and had to be helped off the field by members of the Ghana technical team.
He was replaced by Daniel Amartey, who was making his return to the side after suffering an injury himself during the AFCON tournament.
The extent of Mensah's injury is currently unknown, but tests will be conducted on Sunday to that effect.
Club side Evian will be monitoring closely, and will be hopeful Mensah has not sustained a serious injury.
Ghana started:
Razak Braimah, Harrison Afful, John Boye, Jonathan Mensah, Frank Acheampong, Afriyie Acquah, Christian Atsu, Mubarak Wakaso, Jordan Ayew, Kwesi Appiah, Andre Ayew.
